Proposals for an extension to Grade II (curtilage) Edwardian Clubhouse and Performace Space within the demise of the Grade II listed Kent House* in a Conservation Area in Hammersmith, London, aiming to provide a separate Club reception area while leaving original locally (curtilage) listed buildings unaltered; frameless glazing and standing seam zinc roofing and a zinc-clad side wall were proposed, allowing original Edwardian brickwork to remain fully visible.
