Scheme design and appeal:

The design takes advantage of the original M roof whose front facade element is maintained unchanged whereas the rear element is converted and extended to provide an un-suite attic room with the access room below providing dressing room space.

Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were granted on appeal (Informal Hearing).
