Front façade restoration including fenestration, tuck pointed brickwork, front area railings and fanlight; new colour scheme based on research and evidence;

Comprehensive repairs to internal softwood paneling  which at 2007 presented severe cracking and shrinkage; repairs involved complete stripping and conservative repairs using special techniques;

Introduction of services, AV, cooling system, solar heating and contemporary design elements with reversible effects on listed fabric.
